As one of the oldest affiliate clubs of the Jack Russell Terrier Club of America (JRTCA), we support the JRTCA mission of preserving, protecting and working the Jack Russell Terrier. Our goal is to bring Southern California Jack Russell Terrier owners information, events and resources to enhance their ownership experience of these amazing little dogs.
The recent popularity boom of Jack Russells brought about by movies, TV and advertising has also caused an increasing amount of indiscriminate breeding. These two factors combined are leading to an ever-increasing number of Jack Russells coming into Rescue -- usually for no other reason than their very nature: They are hunting terriers! Please do your research on this breed; they are not the dog for everyone. Click on the JRTCA logo below to visit the JRTCA web site.
Due to (finally) rainy weather, we have postponed our Fun Day scheduled for March 1 one week to Saturday, March 8. We'll be at Canyon RV Park in Anaheim in the Dry Camping area.
